Who We’re Looking For

For our K‑Way store in Milano, we are looking for experienced and motivated Sales Assistants.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales through tailored advice
• Ensure visual and stock merchandising standards are consistently maintained
• Replenish and organize product displays for maximum availability and appeal
• Maintain fitting rooms and support customers during try‑ons
• Operate the cash register in compliance with company policies
• Foster a positive team environment through courtesy and collaboration

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in a ready‑to‑wear retail brand, premium or luxury level;
• Excellent knowledge of English (any other languages will be considered plus);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules.

Initial placement on a fixed‑term contract, full‑time (40 hours per week).

This role comes with an annual gross salary of around €25.000, plus a range of company benefits.
