Nueva Pescanova Group's Pescanova Italia is seeking a Supply Chain & Accounting Specialist to coordinate logistics operations and finance flows in the seafood sector. You will support procurement and cost recording for inbound/outbound transport, ensuring timely invoicing and accounting compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in logistics or accounting roles in food/seafood sectors, SAP or similar ERP experience, and strong Excel skills, with fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• 3–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or accounting/controlling roles in food/seafood/perishable goods sectors.
• Experience in transport cost control, invoicing, or logistics administration.
• ERP experience (SAP or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
• Italian and English language skills for professional purposes.

Mansioni

• Monitor orders, deliveries, and customer shipments to ensure service levels.
• Validate transport invoices and ensure alignment with tariffs and contracts.
• Control logistics costs by customer, destination and delivery point in Italy.
• Track and reconcile discrepancies between invoiced and agreed logistics services.
• Ensure proper allocation and registration of logistics costs with Finance.
• Maintain accurate delivery notes, invoices and transport records.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, suppliers, and production plants.
• Prepare reports on transport costs, delivery performance and deviations.
• Support continuous improvement of logistics cost control and invoicing cycles.
