Relatech S.p.A. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to strengthen our Advisory Business Unit in Milan.

You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support the Product Owner, and guide cross‑functional teams across distributed environments to deliver value with transparency and accountability. The ideal candidate has 5 years of hands‑on Scrum/Agile delivery in software, strong Jira/Confluence skills, and a pragmatic, delivery‑oriented mindset.

Competenze

• Strong hands‑on experience with Scrum / Agile delivery in software development environments.
• Experience supporting Product Owners and cross‑functional development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Sprint delivery, backlog refinement, impediment management and risk/dependency management.
• Strong Jira / Confluence experience.
• Comfortable interacting with technical teams and understanding software delivery topics.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience with international / distributed teams.
• Proactive, pragmatic and delivery‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent English.
• Experience:5 years of relevant experience.
