Röchling Automotive in Laives (BZ) is seeking an SAP Specialist MM/WM to ensure system stability and SLA compliance across MM, WM, PP, and QM modules. You will coordinate partners, support production and logistics, and lead or assist SAP projects including S/4HANA migration and hypercare.

Strong SAP customization and problem solving are essential, with fluent English and Italian and travel willingness. The role offers flexible hours, potential work-from-home options, and a competitive gross

Competenze

• Strong SAP experience (MM, WM; SD is a plus).
• Proven experience with S/4HANA migration and hypercare support.
• Good understanding of logistics and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to handle support requests independently (including 1st level).
• Experience in SAP customizing.
• Fluent English and Italian; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

For this position, we offer a gross annual salary starting from 42.000,00 €.

Any variation from the indicated salary may be considered based on skills, experience, or objective, gender‑neutral factors such as: levels of experience and professional autonomy significantly different from those required for the role; specific knowledge, skills, and experience deemed strategic to the company’s objectives; or particular market conditions that require different compensation arrangements to attract qualified candidates.
