Mind The Value is an international consulting company helping organisations drive sustainable growth through process optimisation, technology innovation, and digital transformation. We are looking for an SAP Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of SAP experience and 4+ years in IT project management, with a strong background in managing implementation and roll-out projects.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience with SAP.
• Minimum 4 years of IT project management experience.
• Background in managing implementation and roll-out projects.
• Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering, Economics.
• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in Italian.
• Strong knowledge of business processes.
• Interest in Technology and Industry 4.0.
• Excellent MS Office knowledge.
• Proactive and eager to share innovative solutions.
• Experience with BTP will be considered a plus.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience with SAP
• Previous experience of minimum 4 years of project management in the IT area
• Background in managing implementation and roll-out projects
• You have a master’s degree in one of the following faculties: Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering, Economics
• Strong knowledge of Business Processes
• Strong interest in Technology and Industry 4.0
• Speak and write English fluently
• Speak and write Italian fluently
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Desire to become a part of a growing environment
• You love to find and to share innovative solutions
• Experience with BTP will be considered a plus

You will work in an international environment and with teams from all over the world.

You will be assigned to our Business Units: Cross Process.

Expected Salary Range

€45,000–€50,000 gross annual salary, based on experience, technical expertise, autonomy, and responsibilities.
