Loro Piana is seeking a Store Design professional to assist the Head of Store Design in researching materials, developing concepts, and ensuring the brand's architectural image is consistently applied across retail spaces and offices.

You will liaise with external consultants, monitor trends, support cost control and timing, and help maintain the Store Concept Book and related documentation across the network.

Competenze

  • Bachelor in Architecture.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Luxury Retail.

  • Support the Head of Store Design in adapting concepts for LP stores.

Descrizione del lavoro

Together with the Head of Store Design is responsible for the Loro Piana store concept and design (in terms of materials research, technical study, value engineering, costs etc.) and its evolution.

He/she is responsible for the Brand architectural image, to be consistently applied to our Retail Network, Offices and/or any Special Project etc.

Job responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Store Design in:
    -studying new concepts adaptation for different LP stores
    - developing a Store Concept that can successfully represent the essence of Loro Piana- ensuring our design is always representing/interpreting the Loro Piana culture of Luxury Craftsmanship
  • Identify and manage external Consultants/Partners and Agencies
  • Analyze and monitor competitors store concepts, trends to propose new idea for Loro Piana
  • Guarantee coherence and consistency of LP stores in terms of design guideline, environmental creation, materials and furniture quality WW
  • Liaising with all the internal stakeholders and external Consultant/Partners support the study of all new concepts design (i.e.: stores, offices, special projects etc.)
  • Support for the coordination of all the impacted internal stakeholders (i.e.: VM, Communication, and other departments) on cross-functional projects
  • Support for the new concept design implementation and therefore for the feasibility and functionality analysis and for cost controlling and timing
  • Liaising with Internal Stakeholders, develop and maintain processes to ensure effective projects implementation
  • Develop and update of the Store Concept Book
  • Collect and organize information related to the actual network archive (i.e.: Layout & Photo Book, Store database, WW SP Dashboard)
  • On a regularly basis, review, update and share the documents related to the new technical database (i.e.: construction details, materials, etc.)
  • Support for scouting new materials and suppliers in his/her area of responsibility and liaise with the Procurement Team for the assessment and final validation of new suppliers
Profile
  • Bachelor in Architecture
  • 3/5 years of experience in Luxury Retail

Additional information

For new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 30.000.

This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs.

This role also provides for participation in a bonus scheme, at Loro Piana’s discretion, based on factors such as individual and/or company performance.

In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies.

The employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Tessile Abbigliamento e Moda) and the supplementary company agreement, as applied by Loro Piana in Italy.

Originally from Trivero in northern Italy, the Loro Piana family began trading wool in the early 1800s. In 1924, Pietro Loro Piana founded Ing. Loro Piana & C., the current company. Pietro’s nephewFranco took over in 1941, and after the war the firm began to establish its reputation as a supplier of premium wool and cashmere textiles for a growing haute couture industry, both home and abroad.
