Loro Piana S.p.A. seeks a RTW Central Planning Coordinator to manage strategic and operational production planning across RTW, Accessories and Lifestyle in Italy. You will ensure alignment between market demand and production capacity, driving optimized schedules and timely deliveries.

You will define short-, mid-, and long-term plans, monitor progress, oversee essentials and top-up orders, and collaborate with IT to improve planning tools while leading the Central Planning team.

Competenze

• Master's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 4–6 years of planning experience in medium/large companies or consultancy.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and planning tools (Sedapta); familiarity with SAP a plus.

The RTW Central Planning Coordinator is responsible for the strategic and operational management and coordination of RTW production planning, ensuring seamless alignment between market demand and the company’s production capacity.

Job responsibilities

• Strategic & Operational Planning: Define and implement long-term, medium-term, and short-term production plans in close collaboration with the Business Units (RTW, Accessories and Lifestyle) ensuring resource optimization and alignment with company targets.
• Monitoring, Demand Analysis & Prioritization: Constantly monitor production progress and adapt plans in collaboration with the Business Units (RTW, Accessories and Lifestyle); supervise in-depth demand analysis to identify trends and seasonality and establish production priorities based on commercial needs and resource availability.
• Go To Market & Deliveries: Ensure timely deliveries in alignment with the Go To Market calendar.
• Special & Commercial Planning: Oversee the planning of top up orders (post sales campaign buying), capsules, events, ensuring a prompt and feasible response to commercial requests.
• Essentials Management: Supervise the planning of Essentials (needs analysis, raw material availability and replenishment, supplier capacity, lead times, and production order launches) and monitor raw material inventory levels to optimize replenishment processes.
• Executive Reporting: Ensure the preparation of executive summaries and high-level reporting for company management and Corporate Management.
• Supply Chain & Cross-functional Integration: Work closely with other Supply Chain functions (Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics) and promote a continuous flow of information across other company functions to ensure business priorities are met.
• Innovation & Digitalization: Collaborate with IT and relevant internal/external Supply Chain functions for the continuous improvement of planning processes and the updating/development of IT tools.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Manage, coordinate, and develop resources within the RTW Central Planning team, supervising daily activities and fostering professional growth and alignment with company objectives.

Profile

• Education: Master's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically advanced Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and planning tools (Sedapta).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience: 4–6 years of experience in planning roles within structured medium/large companies or consultancy firms, with prior experience in resource management or coordination.

Additional information

For new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 39.000.

This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs.

This role also provides for participation in a bonus scheme, at Loro Piana S.p.A's discretion, based on factors such as individual and/or company performance.

In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies.
