The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, including 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA projects, and excel in communication and documentation skills.

Competenze

Overview

SAP FICO Process Expert — A leading global organisation is seeking an Embedded Finance Process Expert to join its ongoing SAP S / 4HANA Transformation Programme.

This is a key interim role within the Finance Transformation team, providing expert-level guidance across Accounting and Controlling streams to strengthen process design, governance, and delivery. The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience from previous S / 4HANA programmes, a deep understanding of finance process integration, and the ability to challenge design decisions to align with best practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as senior advisor to the Accounting & Controlling Stream Lead during S / 4HANA implementation.
• Lead and contribute to fit-to-standard and process validation workshops across key finance streams (P2P, O2C, R2R, CO).
• Bring industry benchmarks and best practices to drive global process harmonisation and automation.
• Challenge legacy processes constructively to enable simplification and standardisation.
• Ensure quality and consistency in design documentation, RACI, and control mapping deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with cross-stream leaders and external partners to ensure end-to-end integration.

Required Experience

• 5+ years in Finance Transformation roles, including at least 2 full-cycle SAP S / 4HANA implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Controlling processes.
• Strong alignment with SAP best practices and confidence to challenge design choices.
• SAP Signavio experience highly desirable.
• Proven success in complex, multinational environments with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills (Visio, Excel, PPT).
