Job summary

Swegon Operations is seeking a SAP Business Analyst to support the IT Director and Group SAP Manager within the Group SAP & Information Technology Department. You will analyze and optimize SAP processes, coordinate testing and training, and drive improvements across the SAP landscape.

The role requires travel availability and strong collaboration with external consultants to align with corporate standards and objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English.
• 6–7 years of experience in SAP management and configuration (FI-CO preferred).
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ABAP/SQL is a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement SAP solutions based on business needs, focusing on optimization and efficiency.
• Manage testing and user training activities, guiding users in adoption of new functionalities.
• Provide day-to-day support for maintenance and continuous improvement of the SAP system.
• Collaborate with external consultants to customize, troubleshoot, and evolve the SAP system in line with company standards.

Join our team! For Swegon Operations we are looking for a SAP Business Analyst. This position, based in the Group SAP & Information Technology Department, will support IT Director & Group SAP Manager, working closely with Group SAP Team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, your objective will be to ensure operational support and the continuous improvement of the SAP system, while ensuring the effective resolution of business requests and the optimization of organizational processes.

In particular, as part of the team, you will be responsible for the following activities:

• Analyze, design, and implement SAP solutions based on specific business requirements and needs, with a focus on process optimization and operational efficiency.
• Manage testing and user training activities, guiding users in the adoption of the system and/or new functionalities.
• Provide support focused on the day‑to‑day maintenance and continuous improvement of the existing SAP system.
• Manage the customization, troubleshooting, and evolution of the SAP system in collaboration with external consultants, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.

Availability to undertake short‑term international travel is required.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Excellent command of English;
• At least 6–7 years of experience in SAP management and configuration, preferably with the FI-CO modules.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ABAP/SQL is considered a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to navigate challenges in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
