HCLTech in Italy is seeking an experienced SAP Customer Engagement Manager to drive delivery across SAP Enterprise Cloud Services. The role is client-facing, requires understanding customer SAP landscapes, facilitating solutions, and aligning TechOps with backend SAP support.

You will rotate across dCEM CoE areas, work with SAP IAE/CAA/TSM/CDM teams, and engage with multiple customers in different industries to ensure successful project outcomes and on-time go-lives, without doing hands-on

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP Basis experience.
• Hands-on with S/4 HANA and HANA database.
• Experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB) is mandatory.
• Familiarity with SaaS integrations (Ariba, Salesforce, etc.) with SAP landscape is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with any hyperscaler (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Technical architecture and landscape guidance to end customers.
• Orchestrate service delivery across planned scope, budget, and milestones.
• Supports onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
• Engage with multiple customers across industries to gain knowledge of different SAP landscapes.
