Xebia is seeking an experienced Salesforce L2/L3 Support Engineer to join an Application Management Services team supporting a complex CRM ecosystem. The project covers production support, incident management, maintenance, and enhancements for Salesforce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, integrations, and APIs.

The role can be based in Italy or anywhere in the EU, with occasional Milan presence up to twice a year. Fluent Italian (B2+) and English (B2) are required, and no on-call duties are expected.

Competenze

• Italian language proficiency at B2+ level is required.
• Experience with L2/L3 production support for Salesforce.
• Ability to analyze incidents and manage tickets efficiently.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and deployments.

Mansioni

• Act as primary resolver across L2 and L3 support.
• Maintain and support Salesforce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrations.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Prepare release notes and technical documentation.
