Xebia is seeking a Salesforce Application Architect to lead the AMS landscape and set architectural direction across Apex, Flow, LWC/Aura, and API-led integrations. You will drive governance, code quality, and scalable solutions, with a focus on security and enterprise standards. This role is Milan-based with on-demand office presence.

You will collaborate with global teams, own L3 support and root-cause analysis, and steer technical debt remediation to align with the technology roadmap.

Competenze

• Salesforce Architect level required.
• Experience using AI tools to improve delivery quality.
• Strong Salesforce platform architecture knowledge with scalability
• Proficiency in Apex, Flow, LWC/Aura
• Understanding of API-led integration patterns
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model
• Experience with L3 support and governance
• Proven ownership of complex technical domains
• Italian and English at least B2 level
• Willingness to work from Milan office on demand

Mansioni

• Serve as senior technical authority for Salesforce AMS landscape and provide architectural direction.
• Lead L3 escalations, root-cause analysis, and resolve complex production issues.
• Provide architectural governance for AMS-originated changes.
• Establish and maintain the technical-debt baseline and drive remediation.
• Review and approve code changes to ensure quality and compliance.
• Govern Salesforce integration landscape and document known errors and findings.
• Design and govern scalable Salesforce solutions across application, system, and integration architecture.
• Provide technical leadership across Apex, Flow, LWC/Aura, API-led integration patterns, and Salesforce security.
