Xebia Group is seeking a senior Business Analyst/Product Owner to lead functional analysis in Italian for complex IT programs. You will work with Salesforce-powered platforms, SEPA Direct Debit processes, and cross-functional teams across Europe.

The role requires agile or hybrid delivery experience, strong communication, and stakeholder leadership in dynamic projects. Work from the European Union region with a valid work permit.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian; able to prepare functional documentation and facilitate business discussions in Italian.
• Hands-on Salesforce Platform knowledge.
• Experience as BA/PO with successful outcomes across industries.
• Experience on large IT projects using agile, hybrid or other adaptable methodologies.
• Full SDLC experience across multiple project streams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
