HHLA Italy S.r.l. in Trieste is seeking a Sales Support to assist the Commercial and Sales team, supporting proposals, customer communications, and documentation, plus market research and presentations for meetings.

Degree in Law/Business/Languages and at least two years in Customer Service or commercial roles are required, with strong MS Office skills and fluency in Italian and English; travel (<10%) and relocation to Trieste may be required.

Mansioni

• Create commercial proposals, offers and documentation.
• Coordinate between customers and operations.
• Collect, consolidate and archive data for reporting.

• Prepare commercial material/presentations for meetings.
• Organize visits to exhibitions, clients and events.
• Support marketing activities.
