Location:Italy (Remote with occasional travel)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for photovoltaic systems, including corporate clients, distributors, and installers.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored PV solutions, including modules, inverters, and storage systems.
  • Participate in technical and commercial discussions, prepare offers and contracts, and drive deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategy adjustments.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in photovoltaic, energy, HVAC, or related B2B industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Results-driven.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the Italian PV market and supply chain is a plus.
  • Fluency in Italian is required; English proficiency for business communication is a plus.

  • Existing network of PV distributors or installers

Familiarity with major PV brands and technologies
