Stryker is seeking a Sales Partner to own a territory spanning Triveneto and Sardegna. You will engage hospitals, clinical teams and channel partners to grow the Visualization and Communication portfolio and deliver an excellent customer experience.

You will manage reseller partners, build relationships with surgeons and procurement teams, provide demonstrations, trainings and participate in local marketing initiatives while tracking performance and reporting to regional leadership.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a Sales or Marketing role within the medical device industry.
• Experience working with hospital stakeholders (surgeons, nurses, procurement teams).
• Italian native or C2; English at least B2.

Mansioni

• Develop the business across Triveneto and Sardegna and achieve revenue targets.
• Manage reseller partners and indirect sales channels with training and guidance.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR teams, procurement, and hospital admins through visits.
