cosnova GmbH, Milan office, is seeking a Merchandising Coordinator for a fixed-term maternity cover. You will coordinate merchandising and POS activities across retailers, plan new product launches, and collaborate closely with the Italian team and cosnova HQ in Germany.

Ideal candidates have FMCG experience, strong analytical and planning skills, and fluent Italian with good English. Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, SAP knowledge is a plus. Flexible and proactive teamwork is valued.

Competenze

• Experience in the FMCG industry (preferably beauty).
• Experience in S&OP, Customer Service or Merchandising is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and proactive approach.
• Fluent Italian and good English (B2+).
• Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is a plus.

• Coordinate and manage merchandising and Point of Sale (POS) activities across assigned retailers, acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

• Plan and coordinate the implementation of new product launches and merchandising updates, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company standards.Maintain and update customer master data, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.

• Coordinate daily with external merchandising agencies to ensure the effective execution of in-store activities.

• Monitor in-store execution, brand visibility and competitor activities, providing regular insights and recommendations to the Sales team.

• Plan and coordinate merchandising activities for marketing and PR events, ensuring consistent brand presentation and flawless execution.

• Collaborate closely with the Italian team and maintain effective communication with cosnova Headquarters in Germany.

• Experience in the FMCG industry (preferably in the beauty sector), ideally within S&OP, Customer Service, or Merchandising functions, is considered a plus

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills

• Proactive and goal-driven approach, with a strong team spirit, collaborative attitude, positivity, resilience, hands‑on mentality, and flexibility

• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (advanced); knowledge of SAP is a plus

• Native or fluent Italian and good English (B2 or higher) for working with local teams and the German headquarters
