This role will support the Regional Director in executing the sales strategy, manage sales processes, and collaborate with various teams to enhance commercial performance. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in sales operations within the motorcycle industry and must be analytical and fluent in English. The Role
The Sales Operations Manager – EU plays a critical role in driving commercial performance across the motorcycle market in Europe. Acting as the operational backbone to the Regional Director – EU, this role ensures sales processes, data, and infrastructure run smoothly to enable the regional team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
You will collaborate closely with country sales teams, marketing, supply chain, and dealer networks to streamline operations, enhance forecasting accuracy, optimise dealer performance, and identify growth opportunities within the EU motorcycle market.
