Job summary

Essity is seeking a Sales & Marketing Controller based in Legnano, Italy, covering Italy and Switzerland within the Central-South region. You will oversee forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis to support commercial decisions and drive profitable growth.

The role requires 3+ years in Controlling or FP&A in a multinational setting, strong Excel, SAP, and Power BI skills, and fluency in English and Italian. Legnano base with Italy/Switzerland scope.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Controlling, FP&A or similar finance role in FMCG or multinational environment.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, working capital knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Italian; able to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly closing processes with accurate financial information and timely reporting.
• Lead planning and forecasting for Italy and Switzerland, identifying risks and opportunities.

**Sales & Marketing Controller Italy & Switzerland** We are looking for a **Sales & Marketing Controller** based in Legnano to join our **Personal Care & Consumer Tissue Business Unit** and help drive profitable growth, financial transparency, and informed decision‐making for **Italy and Switzerland** within the Region Central-South. As a key finance business partner, you will support Sales & Marketing teams through financial planning, performance analysis, and actionable insights. You will work closely with Sales & Marketing stakeholders, contribute to regional projects, and help shape a more efficient and data-driven organization. **About the Role**Reporting to the Senior Sales & Marketing Controller, you will oversee forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis across the two markets, ensuring high-quality financial support for both operational and strategic decisions.You will collaborate with local and regional teams to identify improvement opportunities, enhance controlling processes, and support major initiatives and digital transformation programs. **What You Will Do*** **Financial Closing & Reporting:** Support the monthly closing process by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial information.
