Kodland is an international online programming school for children and young people. We are seeking an experienced salesperson to conduct interactive Zoom demonstrations and mentor families, showing the value of learning with Kodland.

Sessions are 60 minutes and focus on engagement, trust-building, and results. You will be part of a remote team with flexible hours, offering performance-based pay and discounts on educational products.

Competenze

• Experience in sales, negotiation, or customer experience management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Teaching, coaching, webinars, or public speaking experience is a plus.

The essence of the role:

You will be responsible for conducting demonstration programming lessons for children and their parents via Zoom, combining the role of mentor and expert. Your goal will be, through an interactive 60-minute session (in which the child, under your guidance, completes practical and engaging exercises), to understand the family's needs and demonstrate the value of learning with Kodland.

This is the perfect role for you if:

• You have experience in sales, negotiation, or customer experience management.
• You can build a relationship of trust with both adults (parents) and children.
• You are an excellent communicator and an effective presenter — you know how to engage, explain clearly, and lead a conversation with confidence.
• You are friendly, patient, and professional.
• You have experience in teaching, coaching, running webinars, or public speaking — this will be a great advantage.
• You have a reliable computer/laptop (Windows/Mac) and a quality internet connection.
