Kelvion in Parma, Italy is seeking a Sales Manager HVAC & Refrigeration to drive business growth in the Italian market and strengthen customer relationships. You will develop connections within key accounts and position Kelvion products at early project stages, leading negotiations and contract closures.

You will manage a team, oversee market analyses, and ensure successful project execution while upholding our commitment to innovation and sustainability within a dynamic industrial environment.

Competenze

• Several years of HVAC & Refrigeration, Data Center, or industrial sales experience.
• Strong commercial and negotiating skills with customer-focused approach.
• Experience leading a team and managing key accounts is a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop connections within identified HVAC & Refrigeration, and Data Center accounts.
• Acquire new customers and care for existing ones; identify and win new business.

Job Description

As Sales Manager HVAC & Refrigeration Italy (m/f/d), you will be responsible for driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and developing Kelvion’s presence within the Italian HVAC & Refrigeration market.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop connections within already identified relevant accounts with HVAC & Refrigeration and Data Center market
• Customer acquisition and care; maintain existing customer base; identify and win new customers
• Position Kelvion products at early project stage
• Technical and commercial negotiations
• Preparation of calculations and quotes including follow-up and contract closures
• Identify existing local service contractors acting in the region and cooperate with them
• Prepare the necessary market analyses
• Lead a team

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in HVAC & Refrigeration, Data Center Business, Industrial Sales and Business Development
• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification, alternatively relevant commercial experience
• Strong knowledge of heat exchangers, thermodynamics, thermal and fluid mechanics
• Commercial and managerial competence, including negotiation skills and reporting knowledge
• Sound understanding of marketing, management and commercial law
• Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM systems
• Self-starter with a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, leadership skills and a value-selling mindset

Compensation & Working Conditions

• Gross annual salary: €70,000 - €75,000
• Annual bonus: 15% - 20% of gross annual salary
• Applicable Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): Terziario
• Salary payments: 14 monthly salaries per year
• Working hours: 08:30 - 12:30 and 13:30 - 17:30
