Job summary

ICEL is seeking a Sales Manager in Brescia, Italy, with knowledge of switchboards and a track record in industrial sales, to grow the customer base and secure orders.

You will leverage ICEL’s existing portfolio and your own network to develop long-term relationships, qualify new customers, and coordinate with engineering teams on quotations.

Job description

We are looking for a Sales Manager who knows the switchboard industry and can build relationships over time. You will combine ICEL’s customer base and opportunities with your own network, taking the initiative to meet new contacts, secure ICEL’s approval as a supplier and develop industrial projects.

What you will do.

• Develop new industrial customers, installers and/or EPC contractors through regular meetings and visits.
• Build on your professional network alongside the customer portfolio and opportunities provided by ICEL.
• Support ICEL’s qualification with new customers, understanding their purchasing processes, technical needs and projects.
• Identify and clarify LV/MV requirements, working with proposal and engineering teams on targeted quotations.
• Manage opportunities and negotiations through to orders, working towards clear sales goals.

What you bring.

• Knowledge of low and medium voltage switchboards and their industrial applications.
• Sales experience in the sector, with a demonstrable track record among industrial customers, installers and/or EPC contractors.
• A professional customer network to develop alongside ICEL’s portfolio.
• The drive to meet customers, build relationships and nurture opportunities over the medium and long term.
• Autonomy, a structured approach to opportunities and a focus on order intake targets.
