The role interfaces with the Sales Admin Mgr, Finance teams and project managers across the Italy organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration/Economics.
• Fluent Italian and English written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of incoterms and fiscal topics linked to customer contracts.

Mansioni

• Issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Manage bonds towards customers interfacing with banks and insurers.
• Reconcile cash in with accounts receivable on a weekly basis.
• Support bid processes and assess contractual terms with focus on invoicing milestones.
