Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration/Economics.
• Fluent in Italian and English, with good knowledge of incoterms and fiscal topics linked to customer contracts.

Responsibilities

• Issue Customer Invoices on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Issue bonds towards Customers (Bid bond, Advance, Performance) interfacing with banks and insurance companies.
• Reconcile cash in with accounts receivable on a weekly basis.
• Support Sales Admin. Mgr. and Business Control Team in contract terms and invoicing milestones during Bid processes.
• Assist with best contractual structures in foreign bids from financial and fiscal perspectives.
• Ensure compliance with Group rules and processes on Customer Contracts Management.
