IQM Selezione is recruiting a Sales Engineer for Northern Italy to promote and sell electronic components. You will manage accounts, identify new opportunities, and provide technical and commercial support to customers within a structured, international environment.

We seek 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, strong technical understanding, and fluency in Italian and English. Travel across Northern Italy is required; SAP/CRM skills are a plus. Permanent full-time contract with competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in electronic or electromechanical components.
• Strong understanding of electronic, electromechanical and/or passive components.
• Experience in industrial or energy markets is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented with ability to manage complex sales cycles.
• Fluency in Italian and English; willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell electronic and electromechanical components.
• Manage and develop relationships with customers, OEMs and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities in Northern Italy.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and project updates.
• Use CRM tools to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Participate in trade fairs and industry events.
