Overview

The Sales Development Representative will play a key role in supporting the company’s commercial growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Acting as the first point of contact with potential partners and clients, the SDR will ensure a professional and structured approach to lead generation, in close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and approach potential clients.
  • Qualify leads generated and proactively develop new contacts.
  • Establish initial communication with prospects via telephone, email, and professional networking platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s system, ensuring effective pipeline management.
  • Coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the Sales Managers.
  • Provide structured feedback from the market to the Sales and Marketing teams to support strategy development.
Requirements
  • 1 years of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or a similar role, ideally within B2B environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of French/German/Spanish is considered an asset.
  • Professional attitude with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with digital prospecting tools.
