Ferrero in Alba is seeking a Consumer Shopping Understanding Manager to analyse market and consumer behaviour and provide reports to Management and relevant Functions in the country. Your research outcomes will monitor Ferrero's product performance and key indicators.

You will also manage implementation of experimental activities at Region or Country level, lead a team, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales and external research providers to drive actionable insights.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Economics or Marketing required.
• Around 6 years of market research experience.
• Experience in FMCG, preferably confectionery.
• Client-side experience essential; agency experience beneficial.
• Understanding of different markets and cultures.

Mansioni

• Development of ongoing reports and supervising reports of Marketing and Sales Function on key indicators and market performance.
• Organizing fixed/mobile panel studies at points of sale for different channels.
• Collaborating with external researchers and defining arrangements for continual and ad hoc research.
• Ensuring alignment of market research plans at Region or Country level, including product demand and stock considerations.
• Leading and developing the team, and coordinating with Marketing, Sales and external providers.

Formazione

Bachelor's degree in Economics or Marketing
