Sales & Business Development – Medical Device & Pharma Consulting

We are expanding our commercial team and looking for a Sales & Business Development professional with experience in the Medical Device and/or Pharmaceutical sector consulting.

🌍 Countries in scope: Italy | Switzerland | UK | Ireland

TSQE supports Medical Device and Pharmaceutical companies throughout the entire product lifecycle, providing quality, regulatory, clinical, and compliance services that help our clients obtain regulatory approval, market access, and compliance with international standards.

You will drive business growth across the assigned countries by developing new opportunities, managing key clients, and building strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify and close new business opportunities in Italy, Switzerland, UK, and Ireland.
  • Manage and grow key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Visit clients and create relationships.
  • Support market expansion and business development strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in Medical Device or Pharma sales/business development.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of healthcare markets and purchasing processes.
  • Fluent in English and Italian (German or French is a plus).
