Who You Are

Passionate about fashion and working in a fast‑paced environment, our Sales Associates are MK Ambassadors, representing the vision of Michael. Our Ambassadors are empowered to deliver an elevated customer experience and, as team players, collaborate with a positive approach to challenges, demonstrating speed, energy and optimism.

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example as an MK Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain client communication through the use of all available clienteling apps and tools.
• Maintain floor and stock presence.
• Build and maintain good communication with the management team to drive store performance.
• Use Product Knowledge packs to become a selling expert, advising our customers with passion and confidence.
• Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales.

You’ll Need to Have

• Excitement and enthusiasm to work in a fast‑paced retail environment with relevant sales experience.
• Capability and desire to collaborate and inspire fellow team players to achieve results.
• Proficiency in technology, knowledge of leveraging technology to drive sales and customer experience.
• Local language skills preferable and strong communication skills.
