Patagonia in Italy is seeking a customer-focused retail teammate to warmly welcome customers, understand their needs, explain our products and values, and communicate our brand story with confidence. The role emphasizes environmental responsibility and excellent service.

You will manage stock and displays, assist customers with questions, operate the cash register, handle opening and closing procedures, and collaborate with the environmental team on store initiatives.

Competenze

• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Previous retail or related customer service experience.
• Language skills: native in Italian, fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
• Enthusiasm and knowledge about our products.
• Working knowledge of computers; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Be an excellent communicator and have organizational skills.
• Strong linkage with the Patagonia business and mission statement.
