Camper is seeking a Sales Associate for our Florence/Milan area store to deliver an excellent customer experience and support achievement of sales targets. You will represent the brand’s image and values while assisting customers through the full sales journey.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in assisted sales within fashion or retail, a strong customer focus, and excellent communication skills.

• Previous experience in assisted sales, preferably within fashion, footwear or retail.

About The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the store team and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting the achievement of sales targets and representing the brand’s image and values.

Main Responsibilities

Principali responsabilità

• Accogliere e assistere i clienti durante tutte le fasi del processo di vendita.
• Offrire una consulenza personalizzata in base alle esigenze di ogni cliente.
• Contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita individuali e del negozio.
• Garantire un elevato livello di servizio al cliente.
• Supportare il riassortimento dei prodotti e assicurarsi che siano esposti correttamente.
• Collaborare alle attività di visual merchandising.
• Gestire le operazioni di cassa e le attività quotidiane del negozio.
• Supportare la ricezione, il controllo e l’organizzazione della merce.
• Contribuire a mantenere il negozio pulito, ordinato e accogliente, nel rispetto degli standard aziendali.

Profilo ricercato

• Esperienza precedente nella vendita assistita, preferibilmente nei settori fashion, calzature o retail.
• Forte orientamento al cliente e ai risultati.
• Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
• Atteggiamento positivo, proattività e capacità di lavorare in squadra.
• Flessibilità e disponibilità a lavorare su turni, nei fine settimana e nei giorni festivi.
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. La conoscenza di ulteriori lingue sarà considerata un plus.
• Interesse per il mondo della moda, del design e del prodotto.
