Moleskine in Milano is seeking a Sales Assistant for a 4 months fixed-term, part-time role (20 hours per week) at Rinascente Milano Duomo. You will assist customers, maintain brand standards, and support stock and merchandising in a busy luxury corner.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Italian and English, has at least 6 months of retail experience, and can work evenings and weekends with a positive, energetic attitude. The position is paid on a gross annual basis and prorated for part-time hours.

Main Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales plans and build customer loyalty while raising brand awareness
• Assisting customers to find the products they are looking for
• Answering queries from customers
• Be involved in stock control and management
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to the Store Manager
• Keeping the corner tidy and clean
• Working within established guidelines of the Company
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise monitoring floor stock
• Maintain visual merchandising guidelines set by Moleskine

Skill Requirements:

• Love the Brand!
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Previous experience in Retail (6 months minimum) is required
• Available to work with a flexible schedule during the week but including evenings and weekends too
• Adheres to brand image and good knowledge of it
• Demonstrate best techniques for selling and maintaining clientele
• Open-minded, friendly, organized
• Able to work in a dynamic environment
• Work well as a team, as well as alone
• Strong sense of responsibility and strong interpersonal skills
• Be energetic and have a positive attitude

What will we offer:

• 4 months fixed term contract
• Reference gross annual salary for a full-time position (to be re-proportioned according to the part-time hours): € 25.102,56
