The Mall Firenze (Leccio Outlet) is seeking a Sales Assistant on a fixed-term contract to join our luxury retail team. The role covers customer service, product knowledge, floor maintenance, and delivering an exceptional client journey.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in premium fashion or luxury retail, experience with KPIs and CRM, and fluent English and Italian. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week position offers a fixed-term contract until December 2026.

Competenze

At least 2 years’ experience in premium or luxury fashion / retail.
Experience working with KPIs, CRM, and client appointments.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Strong interpersonal, communication, clienteling skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Up to €28,000 per year, based on experience and profile.
Full-Time Role: 40 hours per week.
