Job summary

K-Way is seeking a Sales Assistant for our Bari store in Italy. You will deliver exceptional customer service, present and replenish products, and contribute to achieving sales targets while upholding brand standards.

The role requires fluent English and a customer-oriented, energetic approach in a fast-paced fashion retail setting. Fixed-term, full-time position with a €25,000 salary package and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant within the fashion and retail industry.
• Fluent English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Reliable, energetic, and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability to work flexible schedules
• Immediate availability is considered a plus.
