Mars is seeking a Sales Intern for a 6-month full-time internship in Turbigo, Italy. The intern will support field operations and assist in digital activations for key customers, providing a 360-degree view of our commercial operations.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Business, Economics, or Marketing, strong analytical skills, and fluency in both Italian and English. Additional perks include meal vouchers and potential reimbursement for the Milan underground pass.

SPT NAM INTERNSHIP

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Intern to drive our growth agenda across SPT Channel. In this role, you will support field operations, assist the NAM with new listings and category projects as well as digital activations for key customers. Reporting to the Channel Manager and collaborating with Demand and Sales Analytics teams, this position offers a 360-degree view of our commercial operations.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Operational support: support daily operations for selected customers, including order entry
• Chains: assist with new listings entry, tailored activations, and category projects
• Digital Activations: support content management and digital activations for key customers, as well as data tracking to support regional digital agenda.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Business, Economics, or Marketing (completed or ongoing)
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English
• Previous experience or academic projects in Sales, Digital Commerce, or Key Account Management is preferred

Employment Type

Internship 6 months (Full-time)

The expense reimbursement for this intership is 900 EUR gross for a full-time position.

Additional perks include:

• Meal vouchers: fixed supply of 20 meal vouchers/month (Euro 8,00 each)
• Possibility of reimbursement of the Milan underground pass (contribution to be paid by the employee for weekend use as per policy)
