Job Description

Sales Analyst & Support within the Sourcing team, responsible for managing sales events in collaboration with the Key Account Manager (KAM) to ensure attractive offers for Veepee members.

Tasks

• Offer Management
  • Collaborate closely with brands to collect commercial elements and build offer files that meet Veepee quality standards.
  • Conceive the offer based on in‑depth analysis of internal and external data to determine the best assortment and optimal prices.
  • Monitor warehouse stock levels to achieve desired stock rotation standards.
  • Define selling prices to maximize sold quantities and generated margin.
  • Engage in sales forecasting activities and identify potential turnover with the KAM.
  • Base strategic analysis and insights on previous campaign data, elasticity and A/B test studies, physiological pricing, benchmarks, and market knowledge.
• Sales Management
  • Ensure commercial milestones and compliance requirements to secure timely launch (internal validation, final price confirmation, stock readiness, referent price checks).
  • Coordinate with Sales Production teams (Data Managers & Content Managers) to guarantee smooth content production and high‑quality sales online.
• Commercial Analysis
  • Track key performance KPIs during sales to identify growth levers and improvement actions.
  • Prepare post‑sale sales reports for internal stakeholders (KAM & Team Manager Sales) and for brand partners.
  • Collaborate with the KAM to prepare business reviews and identify development opportunities with brand partners.
  • Create materials for brand meetings and participate as needed.

Must Have Skills
