Oniverse cerca un Junior Sales & Allocation Analyst per supportare l’analisi delle performance di vendita e la gestione delle collezioni per il mercato milanese.

La posizione richiede una laurea in economia/statistica/matematica o ingegneria gestionale, esperienza breve, ottima Excel e buona conoscenza dell’inglese. Si lavora in ambiente internazionale e dinamico a Milano.

• Laurea in economia, statistica, matematica o ingegneria gestionale.
• Breve esperienza in ruoli simili.
• Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel e buona conoscenza dell'inglese.
• Proattivo, organizzato e preciso, con spiccata attitudine all'analisi numerica.

• Analisi delle performance di vendita per negozio e prodotto, con focus sull'ottimizzazione dell'assortimento e identificazione dei best seller.
• Sviluppo e gestione delle strategie di distribuzione delle collezioni.
• Gestione ordini per boutique, assicurando coerenza con l'identità del brand e valorizzazione dell'offerta.
• Collaborazione costante con il team di vendita per allineamento strategico e ottimizzazione dei flussi di lavoro.

For our commercial/allocation office, we are looking for a Junior Sales & Allocation Analyst.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Analysis of sales performance by store and product, with a focus on assortment optimization and identification of best sellers;
• Development and management of collection distribution strategies;
• Order management for boutiques, ensuring consistency with the brand's identity and enhancement of the offer;
• Constant collaboration with the sales team for strategic alignment and workflow optimization.

WE WOULD REALLY LIKE TO MEET YOU IF:

• You have a degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, or management engineering;
• You have gained brief experience in similar roles;
• You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of the English language;
• You are a proactive, organized, and precise person, with strong analytical skills and a strong aptitude for working with numbers.
