Oniverse cerca una Client Advisor per una boutique presso The Mall - Leccio (FI). L’incarico prevede accoglienza clienti, promozione della cultura del brand e raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita, mantenendo l’esperienza Antonio Marras in tutte le fasi del processo d’acquisto.

Si richiede fluente inglese e preferibilmente una seconda lingua; è necessario orientamento al cliente, dinamicità e capacità di lavorare in team in un contesto di lusso.

Competenze

• Esperienza pregressa in ruoli simili, preferibilmente nel lusso.
• Passione per la moda, conoscenza delle tendenze e buon senso di prodotto.
• Ottime capacità di vendita e orientamento agli obiettivi.
• Fluente in inglese; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua è un plus.
• Flessibilità, dinamismo e lavoro di squadra, eccellenti doti interpersonali e proattività.

• Accogliere i clienti promuovendo la cultura del brand e l’esperienza Antonio Marras.
• Raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita e monitorare KPI, usando tecniche di vendita efficaci (upselling e cross-selling).
• Applicare l’esperienza cliente (sales ceremony) offrendo servizio pre e post‑ vendita.
• Raccogliere e aggiornare informazioni sui clienti e sulla cronologia degli acquisti.
• Contribuire a un ambiente di lavoro positivo e al lavoro di squadra.

For the new opening of our boutique at the Incisa Luxury Outlet, we are looking for a Client Advisor.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers, promoting the brand's culture and conveying the Antonio Marras spirit; being a client advisor means being a Brand Ambassador for the brand.


• Achieve store sales targets, constantly monitoring KPIs, using appropriate techniques for effective selling (with particular attention to up-selling and cross-selling).


• Ensure the correct application of the Antonio Marras customer experience (sales ceremony) by providing excellent customer service (pre and post-sales).


• Collect and update customer information, as well as purchase history, to develop a relevant customer portfolio that allows understanding their needs and purchasing habits.


• Contribute to creating a positive work environment and a team built on shared know-how and best practices.


• Follow visual merchandising guidelines.


• Ensure correct replenishment and effective management of warehouse stock.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury sector.


• Great passion for fashion, knowledge of trends, and strong product sensibility.


• Excellent sales skills and target orientation.


• Fluent knowledge of English; knowledge of a second language is considered a plus.


• The profile is completed by: flexibility, dynamism, and teamwork, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and proactivity.
