Hekanize seeks a QA Ambassador to guard our software’s quality and reliability, acting as a bridge between customer needs and technical development. The role emphasizes meticulous test execution, workflow optimization, and direct user support for a seamless platform experience.

Your typical day includes defining acceptance criteria, performing functional and regression testing, managing Jira workflows, and providing L2 customer support.

Competenze

• 1–2 years in Quality Assurance, software testing, or advanced technical support (SaaS a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field with a process mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate user feedback into clear specs.
• Experience with Jira and manual/functional/regression testing.

• QA Execution & Manual Testing of new features and release candidates.
• Define acceptance criteria and perform testing to ensure quality.
• Manage QA workflow within Jira to support continuous delivery.
• Analyze customer portal reports and translate findings into developer tasks.
