Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical RV/vehicle systems.
• Hands-on, adaptable, solution-oriented under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Customer Service & Operations: check-ins/check-outs, briefings, rental support, and handling emergencies.
• Sales Demonstrations & Customer Engagement: perform RV demos, showcase features, and manage documentation.
• Sales Conversion & Lead Management: track leads and follow-ups in CRM, convert rentals to sales.
• Product Knowledge & Technical Support: know RV models and perform basic system demos.
