Indie Campers is seeking a Rental Service Agent to blend customer service with sales demonstrations for RVs and rentals. You will handle check-ins/outs, showcase vehicle features, and convert leads into purchases while maintaining accurate documentation.

The role requires 1–3 years in relevant settings, strong communication, and the ability to explain RV systems. A driving license and bilingual English/Italian are valued; weekends and peak-season schedules are common.

Competenze

• 1-3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical RV/vehicle systems.
• Hands-on, adaptable, solution-oriented under pressure.
• Experience with CRM or rental systems a plus.
• Organised, detail-focused, proactive in managing leads or customers.

Mansioni

• Customer Service & Operations: Check-ins/check-outs, briefings, rental support; handle service recovery and emergencies.
• Sales Demonstrations & Customer Engagement: Prepare and perform RV demos, showcase features, ensure smooth handovers and complete documentation.
• Sales Conversion & Lead Management: Track leads, demos, follow-ups in CRM; convert rental customers into sales opportunities.
• Product Knowledge & Technical Support: Maintain knowledge of Indie Campers RV models and perform basic system demos; troubleshoot issues as needed.
