Prima is hiring a Software Engineer – Machine Learning to join our Claims ML team in Milan. You will leverage ML and data analytics to identify risks and opportunities in our claims management platform, delivering scalable, production-ready solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn data into intelligence and intelligence into action, with a software engineering mindset emphasizing reliability and performance. This is a full-time, remote-friendly role with flexible work options.

Qualifications

Strong Python background with hands-on experience in Pandas, Numpy, PyTorch or Tensorflow, Hugging Face and GenAI.
Proficient with PostgreSQL.
Analytical mindset capable of deriving actionable insights.
