Caracol seeks a Robotics Software Engineer to validate and test software for its LFAM systems. You will work with Customer Success, Engineering and R&D to troubleshoot issues and ensure peak performance of our automation software.

Responsibilities include writing tests, performing hands-on robotic printing validation, and assisting field teams with Level 2 support while contributing to internal training and feedback loops.

Competenze

• 1–3 years in software testing and validation in industrial automation or robotics.
• Experience in technical customer support is required.
• Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.

Mansioni

• Perform software testing and validation on Caracol's systems.
• Execute hands-on robotic 3D printing tests to validate toolpaths.
• Assist technical support and field engineers with Level 2 issues.
• Provide internal training to support teams on common requests.
• Collaborate with R&D and software teams to report bugs and improvements.
