Marsh Risk’s Risk Consulting unit in Rome offers a Hybrid role through its Professional Graduate Programme. You will join the Risk Advanced Technology practice to apply AI/ML, build risk models, and support digital transformations for public and private sector clients.

The programme starts with a 6-month internship (€800/month) and meal vouchers, with potential progression to an apprenticeship contract offering a starting gross salary of €28,000 per year.

Competenze

• Master's degree or higher in Management, Management Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Financial Mathematics, or related STEM disciplines.
• 1–2 years of experience in consulting, data analytics, risk management, model development, or related fields.
• Data analysis and modeling using BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Basic/intermediate knowledge of ML/AI: supervised and unsupervised models.

Mansioni

• Support ML/AI techniques to analyze risk across domains and detect anomalies.
• Contribute to development of quantitative and financial models (PD, LGD, EAD, ECL).
• Perform data analysis, dynamic reporting, risk dashboards, and early warning systems.
• Assist clients in developing risk management and digital transformation processes.
• Collaborate on new solutions including Generative AI for risk management.
• Participate in all project phases: requirements, analysis, modeling, implementation, testing, go-live.
