Marsh Risk in Milan is offering a Professional Graduate Programme within the Enterprise Risk Services team. This hybrid role focuses on risk management for industrial clients, supporting design, implementation, and improvement of risk frameworks.

You will collaborate with seasoned colleagues across cyber, compliance and others to deliver cross-functional risk solutions. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Economics and are fluent in Italian and English, with strong MS Office skills.

Competenze

• University Master Degree in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.).
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Advanced skills in using MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).

Mansioni

• Support risk management design and implementation for enterprise risks.
• Assist in gap assessments, roadmaps, risk appetite statements and governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver risk-based solutions.
• Develop ad hoc projects to optimize clients' internal controls and risk systems.
