Hitachi Energy is seeking a BU Risk Management Analyst to support the Risk Manager in evaluating and mitigating risks across business units in Milano. You will analyze data, perform risk assessments, and collaborate with Sales, Legal and Finance to ensure compliance and asset protection.

The role requires 2+ years in risk management or similar, fluent English and Italian, and strong proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint. A hybrid work model is offered with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business, finance, economics, risk management, contract management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, or related role in a large multinational.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify risks and impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain complex risk concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in risk management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Copilot.
• Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and proactive issue identification and resolution.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analysis of critical tenders to identify vulnerabilities.
• Monitor key risk indicators and trends, prepare reports and presentations for management.
• Assist in development and delivery of AI-driven risk management tools.

• Assist in development and delivery of risk awareness training for employees.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry developments to adjust strategies.
