Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.A. seeks a BU Risk Management Analyst to assist the BU Risk Manager in evaluating and mitigating financial, operational, and strategic risks across units.

You will conduct risk assessments, analyze data, and collaborate with Stakeholders to ensure compliance and asset protection. You will monitor risk indicators, prepare management reports, and help develop AI-driven risk tools, while coordinating with Sales, Legal, and Finance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Contract Management, or related field.
• Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., FRM, PRM, CRISC) is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, or related role.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in risk management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Copilot.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analysis of critical tenders to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats.
• Monitor key risk indicators and trends, preparing detailed reports and presentations for management and relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and delivery of AI-driven risk management tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. Sales, Legal, Finance) to ensure consistent application of risk management regulations and FCM guidelines.
• Assist in the development and delivery of risk awareness training programs for employees.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes, emerging risks, and industry developments to proactively adjust risk management strategies.
• Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations related to risk management activities.
