Jobtailor is seeking a RevOps/Sales Operations professional in Milano to build and optimize HubSpot CRM, turning data into reliable dashboards for leadership. You will translate business needs into automated workflows and evolving data flows, ensuring accuracy across regions.

You will own data extraction, reporting, and stakeholder alignment, thriving in a fast-paced scale-up while maintaining autonomy and high standards in English and Italian.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, GTM Ops, or direct B2B commercial roles within fast-growing tech/SaaS contexts.
• HubSpot Expertise: configuration and optimization of CRM logic (workflows, properties, lead assignment rules).
• B2B Sales literacy: strong grasp of the commercial funnel, customer lifecycle and B2B metrics.
• Logical Structure and Data Precision: methodical data extraction, cleaning, and reporting.
• Extreme Ownership & Autonomy: operate without micro-management and fix issues proactively.
• Academic Background: degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Finance, or quantitative field preferred.
• Language: full professional proficiency in English and Italian.
