Mollie is seeking an Analytics Engineering Manager for RevOps in Milano. You will lead a team of analytics engineers, own domain metrics, and shape craft standards across Mollie.

You’ll partner with sales, marketing, and revenue operations to translate business needs into robust analytics and data models. You will guide performance reviews, ensure high-quality deliverables, and drive learning opportunities.

Competenze

• 5+ years of analytics/analytics engineering experience with a quantitative background
• Experience leading analytics engineers or analysts and guiding development conversations
• Ability to partner with sales, marketing, and revenue operations
• Hands-on SQL experience and cloud data warehouse exposure
• Familiarity with dbt and data modelling best practices
• Familiarity with BI tools having a semantic layer (e.g., Looker)
