Overview

Revenue Manager | €3,600–4,600 gross per month | Rome and the Netherlands

I am looking for a Revenue Manager to join an established regional team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of hotels, driving revenue strategies across all channels and segments. You will play a key part in forecasting, budgeting, and optimising demand to maximise performance and profitability.

Your Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a revenue management role
  • Proficiency in a Revenue Management System (RMS), ideally IDeaS G3
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills with attention to detail
  • Hospitality or retail sector experience is an advantage
  • Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and operations teams
  • Fluent in English; Italian is an advantage
Your Responsibilities
  • Manage revenue for approximately three hotels in the Netherlands region
  • Optimise demand across all revenue streams, channels, and customer segments
  • Assess daily demand patterns to identify risks and opportunities, maximising RevPAR, RevPAM, and TRevPAR
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, M&E, and Operations teams to deliver effective commercial strategies
  • Report on performance, forecasts, and budgets, supporting regional revenue leadership
  • Share knowledge across the business and support training where required
  • Drive innovation in revenue strategies to deliver long-term value
